Where does your TCG artwork come from?

What goes on an anime trading card
Name, HP (up to 4 digits), a type line (36 characters), two optional abilities with a name (30), a description (110), and a damage number, plus flavor text (90 characters).
- Name and HP
- The card's name across the top, with HP on the right: up to 4 digits, or leave it blank and nothing prints.
- Element symbol
- One of 9 symbols (Fire, Water, Plant, Lightning, Wind, Magic, Neutral, Metal, and Earth), the one the card color suggests, or none. It always matches the card color.
- The art window
- Your photo, drawing, or illustration in a bordered frame. You zoom and position it in the preview.
- Type line and number
- A short type or class (36 characters), with the card's set number on the right.
- Two abilities
- Each one gets a name (30 characters), a description (110), and a damage number. Use one, both, or neither.
- Flavor text
- A last line at the bottom (90 characters): a quote, a date, an inside joke.
- The back
- Your own message, plus a QR code that opens the card's Living Card page with more photos and the story behind it.
Getting your art to print well
- Use the original file, not a screenshot or a compressed copy from a chat app.
- The art window is wider than it is tall. A landscape piece, or a portrait with room on both sides, frames best.
- Keep the face or focal point away from the very edges; you can zoom and reposition in the preview.
- Commissioning an artist? Ask for a high-resolution file and confirm you can use it for a personal print.

What is a custom anime trading card?+
It's your own anime-style art printed on a TCG-style card. A Cardbop TCG card is a custom trading card in a game-card layout: your photo or artwork in a bordered window, a name with HP and an element symbol, a type line, up to two abilities with damage, and flavor text. Do you turn my photo into anime?+
No. Bring your own image: a photo, a drawing, or art you made or commissioned. We print it on the card as you upload it. We don't animate it or turn photos into anime.
Is the card animated?+
No. "Anime" here describes the drawing style of the art you bring. The card is a printed, static, full-color card with no animation, motion, or video.
Where can I get anime-style art for my card?+
Draw it yourself, or commission an artist who draws in an anime style. Ask them for the largest file they can give you, and make sure you're allowed to print it.
Can I put a character from my favorite anime on a card?+
