The short answer

For an 8-nights-of-Hanukkah gift, give one personalized card each night, each about a different person or memory, and let the last night bring everyone together. A 10-card Card Pack ($49.99) covers all eight nights with two spare cards, and every card has its own QR code that opens a page for the note, photos, or video behind it. Hanukkah 2026 begins at sundown on Friday, December 4.

An idea for each night

Night 1: The first candle

Last year's photo around the menorah. Behind the code: the candle-lighting video.

Night 2: The latke maker

Whoever runs the kitchen. Behind the code: the recipe, in their words.

Night 3: The grandparents

Their card, with the grandkids' notes and photos behind it.

Night 4: The dreidel champion

The undefeated cousin, with this year's "stats" on the back.

Night 5: The family pet

The dog who's been waiting all year for a fallen latke.

Night 6: Their year

The season, the school year, the new job: one photo on the front, the album behind it.

Night 7: The best day of the year

The trip or the day everyone still talks about, with the rest of the photos behind it.

Night 8: Everyone together

The family photo, and behind it a note from each person at the table.

For kids, adults, and grandparents

For kids

A card of themselves for each night: their team, their best friend, their pet, their year. They'll trade them with cousins.

For adults and couples

Eight nights of your year together: the trip, the new place, the inside joke. Save the love letter for the last card's page.

For grandparents

A card of each grandchild, with a short video or voice memo linked behind each one.

One big night instead

A single Display Card sealed in a case ($29.99) for the gift that's meant to stay on a shelf.

How it works

1

Plan the eight

Pick a person, a memory, or a moment for each night. Two spare cards: one to keep, one to mail.

2

Design the Pack

Each of the 10 cards gets its own photo, name, and details, in one order.

3

Fill the pages

After you order, open the card's page and sign in with the email you ordered with to add to it. Add a note, photos, or a video link behind each card.

4

Wrap one per night

Split the Pack and wrap a card for each night. Scan the back to find what's behind it.

Frequently asked questions

What are good 8 nights of Hanukkah gift ideas?+

Give one personalized card each night, each about a different person or memory: the first candle, the latke maker, the grandparents, the dreidel champion, the pet, their year, the best day, and everyone together. A 10-card Card Pack ($49.99) covers all eight with two to spare.

How does a Card Pack work for eight nights?+

A Card Pack is 10 cards in one order, and each card gets its own photo and details. Split the Pack and wrap one card for each night. Every card also has its own QR code that opens its own page.

What goes behind the QR code on each card?+

Every Cardbop card is a Living Card: the QR code printed on the back opens a page that belongs to that card. You can add the story behind it, more photos from that day, links (a highlight video, a playlist, a shared album), and a note the person who gets it finds when they scan it. Only people with the card or its link can open the page, and the owner can make it private. The printed code never changes, so the page can be updated any time.

Are these good Hanukkah gifts for adults, not just kids?+

Yes. For adults and couples, make each card a memory from your year together and put the longer note behind the QR code. For grandparents, make a card of each grandchild.

When is Hanukkah in 2026?+

Hanukkah 2026 begins at sundown on Friday, December 4 and lasts eight nights, ending Saturday, December 12.

How much does it cost?+

A 10-card Card Pack is $49.99 (about $5 a card), and a single Display Card in a case is $29.99. The page behind each QR code is included with every card. Designing is free.
