The short answer
An ultramarathon finisher card is a personalized keepsake for an ultra-distance achievement. Put the runner, event, date, distance and finish time on the card, then use a personal message to remember the crew and the moments a result alone cannot tell. A Display Card is $29.95; you can start designing before choosing to order.
Keep the distance and the people behind it
A first 50K, a longer trail event and a return to the same course each tell a different story. Enter the actual distance and units rather than using “ultra” as the only detail. If they prefer to celebrate completion without a time, choose wording that fits that achievement. Use the back message for the crew’s encouragement or a moment from the course.
A back-message starting point
“For every climb, every late mile, and everyone who helped you reach the finish.”
Use your own words. The sample result and message are illustrative.
From race photo to finished card
- 1. Add their photo. A trail portrait can capture the setting better than a busy finish chute. Choose a clear, original photo you have permission to use, with enough room around the runner for the card crop. Keep route screenshots and longer race reports for the Living Card rather than squeezing them into the front.
- 2. Enter their real details. Athlete, event, finish time, date and distance / place. Replace every example with the actual information; there is no automatic result lookup.
- 3. Preview both sides. Check the crop, names, time and units, then choose a cased Display Card or a 10-card unslabbed Pack. Design first; order when it looks right.
Keep the race-day story with the card
Every Cardbop card is a Living Card: the QR code printed on the back opens a page that belongs to that card. Add a race report, extra photos or an external results link using the available Living Card features. After you order, open the card's page and sign in with the email you ordered with to add to it. Only people with the card or its link can open the page, and the owner can make it private. The printed code never changes, so the page can be updated any time.
The printed card keeps the key result readable without needing a screen. The linked story gives the athlete room to remember more than a finish time.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use miles or kilometers for an ultra card?+
Yes. The distance / place field is editable text, so enter the event’s actual distance and units, such as 50K or 50 miles. There is no automatic course or results import.
What goes on a Ultramarathon finisher card?+
Use the athlete’s own photo, their name, the event, finish time, date and distance / place. All of those Races fields are editable text. Add a personal note on the back and check spelling, units, photo crop and result in the preview.
Can I make cards for several finishers?+
Yes. A 10-card Pack is $49.95 and contains 10 unslabbed cards. Personalize each card for its athlete. A single Display Card is $29.95 and comes sealed in its display case.
Can I add more race photos or a video?+
Every Cardbop card is a Living Card: the QR code printed on the back opens a page that belongs to that card. You can add the story behind it, more photos from that day, links (a highlight video, a playlist, a shared album), and a note the person who gets it finds when they scan it. Link an externally hosted video rather than expecting a video upload or automatic race-results import. After you order, open the card's page and sign in with the email you ordered with to add to it.
Is this an official race product?+
No. Cardbop is independent and is not affiliated with a race or organizer. You create your own design with a photo you have permission to use. The stock image shown here has fictional sample details and is not added to your creator draft.
Their race. Their card.
